- All party packages are based on 8 children. Minimum purchase is one party package.
- Requests for removal of items from packages, such as invitations, will not reduce the price of the party package; however in certain circumstances the substitution of products within the package may be negotiated.
- All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST and exclusive of delivery. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your order. The balance is payable prior to delivery.
- If you cancel your order U Wish Jellyfish will retain your deposit, however if you place a subsequent order within 3 calendar months your deposit can be used for your subsequent order.
- Payments can be made by Paypal, credit card, direct deposit, cash or cheque, and the creation of your party package will commence once your deposit has cleared.
- Ideally orders should be placed a minimum of 3 weeks prior to your event. This allows sufficient time to complete hand-crafted items and to ensure your package is delivered on time. However, as some party packages require less time to complete orders that do not meet this minimum time requirement may be accepted by special arrangement.
- Slight variations may occur between individual handcrafted items. U Wish Jellyfish reserves the right to replace any component with a similar alternative item.
- For orders placed within a 30 km radius of Darwin, delivery options include Australia Post, U Wish Jellyfish, or pick-up (by special arrangement). All other orders will be delivered via Australia Post. Delivery is not included in the price of the party package.
- Every effort will be made to ensure your package arrives in excellent condition. If upon arrival you are unhappy with the condition of any item, please contact U Wish Jellyfish within 48 hours, and your items will be replaced. U Wish Jellyfish does not accept responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged parcels transported by Australia Post, or for items damaged as a result of neglect or poor storage, including direct sunlight, dampness, heat, spillages and undue care during transportation.
- Unless explicitly stated, U Wish Jellyfish does not recommend its party packages as suitable for children under the age of three, as they may contain small parts. U Wish Jellyfish accepts no responsibility for injuries sustained from its supplied food products due to food related allergies. Ingredient lists are made available and it is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure appropriate use.
- All party products and packages displayed on this website or supplied by U Wish Jellyfish are copyright and constitute the intellectual property of U Wish Jellyfish. They can not be reproduced in any way and are protected by law.
- U Wish Jellyfish respects your right to privacy. Any personal information you provide to U Wish Jellyfish will not be given or sold to a third party.
- Placement of an order implies your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
